Terms of use

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who we are

The website athenshalloweenfest.gr belongs to the organisers of the Athens Halloween Festival. Contact: [email protected].

2. Accepting these terms

By using the website you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use it.

3. Copyright

The logo, the texts, the graphics and the design of the website are the intellectual property of the organisers or of the respective rights holders. You may:

  • View the content for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Republish extracts with a clear credit and a link

Commercial use of the logo or of the festival's name is not allowed without written permission.

4. Content and accuracy

We make every effort to keep the information accurate — especially the programme, the times and the prices. A festival programme does change, though: events may be moved, added or cancelled for reasons we cannot always control (weather, an artist falling ill, a technical problem). Final announcements are made on the website and on our social media.

5. Third-party links

The website contains links to third-party websites (maps, social media, exhibitors, sponsors). We do not control their content or their policies and we are not responsible for them.

6. Taking part in the festival

Entry and taking part in the activities are at the visitor's own responsibility and follow the instructions of the staff and the safety rules of the venue. For example:

  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult
  • Some activities have an age limit or a limit on the number of participants — this is signposted on site
  • The organisers may refuse entry to anyone who puts themselves or others at risk

7. Photos and video

Photography and filming take place at the festival venue for documentation and promotion. If you do not want to appear, tell a member of staff or write to us at [email protected] and we will make sure the material that concerns you is removed.

8. Exhibitor applications

Submitting an application does not mean it is accepted. The organisers assess every application against the 80% rule (Halloween, witchy or horror aesthetic) and against the space available, and reply to all of them. The payment and cancellation terms are set out in the contract sent with the approval.

9. Changes

These terms may be changed. The last-updated date at the top of the page always shows the version in force.

10. Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
